Dr Sarah Schofield
MBBS BSc(Hons) MRCPCH (2002) DRCOG (2004) DFSRH (2004) MRCGP

Sarah qualified as a doctor in 1998 and after some time working in Paediatrics became a GP in 2005. During her training she developed an interest in women’s health and completed the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Diploma in Women’s Health and the Diploma in Family Planning and Reproductive Health. Sarah is a GP partner in a Surgery, a GP trainer and member of The Royal College of General Practitioners. She has seen first hand the impact that good, individualised, holistic menopause care can have on a women’s quality of life and is committed to providing this to all patients she consults.

She is passionate about educating women in the perimenoapuse and menopause, providing them with the knowledge to understand what is happening to them during this phase of life and empower them to have the confidence to make the best possible choices for them. She is also committed to educating the next generation of GP’s so that every women has access to holistic and evidenced based care.

She is married with two teenage children and understands the challenges of juggling work with a busy family life.

Dr Sarah Morgan-Jones
MBChB MRCGP DRCOG(2001) DFP(2001)

Sarah has an interest in women’s health and completed the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Diploma in Women’s Health and the Diploma in Family Planning and Reproductive Health. She also gained Membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners with Distinction in 2005.

Since then she has enjoyed the privilege of working in General Practice and is a partner in a local practice. She is passionate about challenging the negative myths that persist about menopause management and believes in empowering women with up to date evidence based information so that they can make informed choices about their health aiming for both symptom control, optimised quality of life and long term disease prevention.

Sarah is married with three children whom she enjoys supporting in their various sporting hobbies. She enjoys running, open water swimming, riding and anything else that gets her out and about in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside with her family and friends.

Dr Holly Vaughan,

Holder of the British Menopause Society Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care.

Women’s health has always been a keen interest of hers. She is an educator in family planning and sexual health, coil and implant fitting, as well as a tutor to GP trainees.

Holly's dedication to helping women with the menopause was born out of seeing countless struggling women in her practice.

Acutely aware of the widespread misinformation resulting in a legacy of fear, Holly developed her expertise and holds the British Menopause Society Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care.

Harnessing her passion and skills, Holly takes a holistic approach using her training with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine to help women understand all aspects of their health and well-being. They can then better navigate their individual journey through the perimenopause. Empowering women to make positive, personalised choices, Holly firmly believes medicine is more than just treating illness; it is about communicating and connecting with the individual.

Holly is a proud mum of two young children and a small family business owner. She understands how important ‘feeling like you’ is.
